Welcome to Ciaran's Kitchen

Ciaran is a 7th-generation Kavanagh and made his mark on the pub with the introduction of his kitchen. Ciaran honed his culinary skills while studying in Galway and brought his talent all the way to Italy before establishing his kitchen on Prospect Sq.

​

Since then Ciaran's food has become a staple in the community. But it doesn't stop there, Ciaran's food has made appearances in print and on telly - we know! On the telly, can you imagine!

​

So, if you're looking for something cosy and comforting or just want to branch out and see what the fuss with coddle is -come on in!

Our menu is ever changing to suit fresh seasonal produce.

So it's rarely ever the same and we love it that way.

Please see a few staple items that regularly appear on our menu board.

Tortilla & Bravas

Irish grown rooster potatoes, cut into wedges, twice baked in olive oil, garlic and rosemary and then drizzled with homemade tomato salsa. Traditional Spanish tortilla made with fresh eggs and potato.

Irish dinner in a takeaway parcel.

Locally sourced Irish bacon, potatoes, onion and cabbage, wrapped in filo pastry. Dreamy!

Now let's get to the good stuff - a Dublin classic.

A regular customers favourite.

Bacon ribs, collar bacon, Irish skinned sausages, potatoes and onion. Simmered into the magic that is Coddle.

Not the most appetising to the eye, but trust us, it's delicious.
